Splash The Cash And Fix A Problem

Sometimes the simplest and quickest way to fix a problem is to throw money at it. That's sometimes all you need to do.
They key is to recognise when you need to loosen the purse strings.
We Be Jammin'
I once had a printer that kept jamming. I was probably opening it up and dealing with paper jams five times a day.
Realising it had jammed, crossing the room, opening the machine, winding out the paper and refeeding it probably cost me 10 minutes a day, which, although annoying, might not sound too much.
But if you work that out it that adds up to an hour a week, which is a week per year of my life and printers cost about £50 now. It's just not worth my time to keep unblocking it! That's a lot of effort to fix a problem as relatively minor as a jammed printer.
As well as making my life easier and less frustrating it would literally be cheaper to simply buy a new one, which I finally did, but much too late. What on earth was I thinking?
Hey Big Spender!
What have you got in your life, at work or at home, that slows you down like this? How much longer are you going to let it negatively impact you costing you time, effort and money?
Splashing cash to fix a problem isn't always the best solution, but very often throwing money at the issue can be the cheapest, quickest and most efficient way out.
